1 onion
1 sweet chili
2 tomatoes
Cabbage (to taste)
Worcester sauce
½ cup of soy sauce (optional)

Preparation:
Start by frying the onion and the sweet chili in olive oil. Then, put the rice in a pan and boil it for about 10 minutes. Simultaneously, boil the black beans in a pressure cooker for about 10 minutes as well. Next, grill the 4 portions of beef tenderloin and season them with salt and pepper. Last but not least, cut 2 sweet plantains vertically and fry in a pan with olive oil until they’re golden. For the salad, chop a bit of cabbage or the lettuce of your choice, dice a couple of tomatoes and season it with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

On the plate:
Cut the beef tenderloin in fajitas and serve it with the onion, sweet chili and some Worcester sauce. In case you prefer it saltier you can also add some flavor with some soy sauce. On the side, add the rice, the black beans, some slices of fried plantain and the seasoned salad. Enjoy!
