Booking terms
All prices are in US dollars
Taxes are included in all room’s prices
The price of the accommodation includes 3 daily meals
Drinks are not included in the price
Check-in time is 1 o’clock, check-out time is 11 o’clock
La Vainilla Deluxe Cabin and Casa Osa have a minimum occupancy of 4 people
No pets are allowed at the lodge
No reservation is guaranteed untill a reservation is confirmed formally by the client, credit card information is sent and a confirmation email has been sent back from El Remanso
Cancellation policy for El Remanso Lodge
The following applies to cancellations for reservations at El Remanso Lodge
Days prior to arrival date:
More than 45 days = 100% of your reservation will be refunded
45 and 15 days = your 50% deposit will be forfeited or charged to your credit card.
Less than 15 days = 100% of the deposit will be forfeited
Note:
Cancellations must be in writing, by fax or email
Any expenses related to refunding your money will be charged to the client.

Special cancellation policy for the holiday season December 18th-January 4th

More than 60 days = 100% of your reservation will be refunded
60 and 45 days = your 50% deposit will be forfeited or charged to your credit card.
Less than 45 days = 100% of the deposit will be forfeited

The credit card authorization form is used as a guarantee for the reservation
