Cancellation Policy
The following applies to cancellations for reservations at El Remanso Lodge:
(1) Any expenses related to refunding your money will be charged to the client.
(2) If you cancel between 45 and 15 days prior to the arrival, your 50% deposit will be forfeited or charged to your credit card.
(3) If you cancel within 14 days prior to your arrival or don’t show, you shall be responsible for the full payment of your reservation. In order to be covered in a case of a late cancellation we strongly recommend you to take out travel insurance.

Travel Protection Services
Most travelers don't know that they can protect their vacation investment against these penalties should they have to cancel for any number of covered reasons including someone in the party getting ill or injured, a non travelling family member getting sick, or inclement weather closing roads or airports. Contact your insurance company for more information.
